B. Customer ships us the device with a paper attached with info as below:

– Order Number on our website
C. Customer ships the device to our address below(See Shipping in the end), let us know the tracking# by texting /calling/email.
D. We will inform the customer once we receive the device and let the customer know the situation of the device (If extra charge is needed we will call the customer to know the details and reason).
E. When we accomplish the repair and extra payment is accomplished(If needed) we will prepare the shipment and let the customer know the tracking number.
F. If any additional service is in need(Data transfer/Urgent repair), pls contact us any time.

– *Turnaround Time (TAT):* 3-5 working days(mostly within the timeline)
– *Shipping Back Fee:* Extra, but can be waived if total payment (include parts buying price) is over $300.
